Everything was beautiful, the surrounding landscape, the interior of the house… but the cherry on top was Joan, who took care of me in every single detail. I’m truly grateful to her for that, because she made my stay in Holbeck wonderful. I hope to return one day and relive all these beautiful emotions ❤️❤️- C
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Browns. From the onset Joan was very amenable and friendly.Accommodation itself was cozy, quirky, comfortable and spacious.The outside grounds were pretty special and something to see and enjoy.I felt so at ease.I look forward to go back again soon. I stayed at Browns while doing a course at the School of Artisan Food. It was great! Browns is in a lovely setting with a beautiful garden full of flowers and wildlife - ducks in the pond, rabbits in the distance and plenty of birdsong. My room was comfortable and clean and the bed was lovely - I slept very well. It was nice sitting outside the room on the terrace. The walk to the school was very pleasant, through peaceful country lanes. Joan was warm and friendly and very helpful. I would love to return for another stay.- Wendy S
